  2. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
  3. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
  4. By playing Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Sunny Beach (Bulgaria), in order to participate at Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
  5. All seats for “Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach” won via an Online platform MUST be used in one of the destination tournaments “Main Event Day 1X” from 3rd to 7th September 2025 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another Smart Poker Tour #19 tournament from 1st September 2025 to 7th September 2025 in Sunny Beach.
  6. Maximum amount of “Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach” packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the Promotion Period. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the Promotion Period. The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.
  7. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Main Event Day 1X”. The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
  8. “Main Event" will be played in Multistack mode and Day 1's will end once 12.5% of the field remains, with remaining players ITM and qualifying to Day 2. If a player qualifies multiple times to Day 2, then each Minimum Cash is paid out, but ONLY the players largest qualified stack remains in play for Day 2.
  9. If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to: Play another Day 1/Transfer the ticket to another player at the location/Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
  10. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the Operator.

  12. To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the revenue mission qualification period.

  14. Maximum amount of “€50 SPT 19 Package [Mission]” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission Qualification Period.
  15. The revenue mission will award “€50 SPT 19 Package [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “SPT” tournaments during the Promotion Period. “€50 SPT 19 Package [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 18/08/2025.
  16. Satellites will award “€XX SPT 19 Package Entry”, “€XX SPT 19 Seat Entry” tickets, “€XX SPT 19 Seat Auto” & “€XXX SPT 19 Package Auto” auto registration entry tickets which can only be used in “Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. The tickets will expire after the Promotion Period.
  17. All “€XX SPT 19 Seat Auto” & “€XX SPT 19 Package Auto” auto registration entry tickets are valid only in Smart Poker Tour #19 Sunny Beach target tournaments during the Promotion Period and directly register players to the target event. “€XXX SPT 19 Package Auto” tickets expire on 18/08/2025. “€XXX SPT 19 Seat Auto” tickets expire on 19/08/2025.
  18. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, RedStar will return the buy in or the network tickets to the Players and they will be able to register for the next available event. RedStar will not offer any additional compensation to the Players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  19. We are not responsible for any adverse effects any participants experience throughout the use of their prize.
  20. RedStar Administration and iPoker Network reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on Players that have already participated in this Promotion.
  21. Players may not create more than one account on RedStar poker room website for the purpose of entering the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player's account.
  22. If such a breach occurs, the RedStar administration may, at its discretion, close all such a Player’s accounts.
